Bundeswehr Approves VBS4 Puma Simulator

⊲ Rheinmetall ⊳ The Bundeswehr has approved Rheinmetall’s new modular training system for the Puma infantry fighting vehicle. Known as AGSP, it includes full-size replica cabins for commanders and gunners, supports platoon to company-level training, and is fully mobile in 20-foot containers. Using VBS4 software, it enables realistic operational simulation and reflects wider trends in digitally enabled military training. Rheinmetall’s Packulat said ‘the actual stand-alone aspect is the intensive collaboration with experts from the German Armed Forces’.
