Viven aims to enhance workplace communication by creating a digital replica of employees, allowing colleagues to access vital information even when individuals are unavailable. The technology employs advanced LLMs to ensure privacy through “pairwise context,” determining what information can be shared. Viven is already in use by several enterprises, including Genpact, and aims to establish a competitive edge against potential future entrants in the digital twin market.
