Drone Simulator for Warfighters and Gamers

⊲ Euronews ⊳A Ukrainian-developed drone combat simulator, Ukrainian Fight Drone Simulator (UFDS), has been published on Steam with a military version also made available. The simulator mirrors first-person drone operations used on the battlefield, offering warfighters and civilians a realistic experience of contemporary warfare. Its emergence coincides with Germany and others expanding drone units and exploring simulation-based training as a low-cost means of preparing personnel for future conflicts. The article also notes Russia’s investment in drone education where drone operation is now part of the Russian school curriculum, with dedicated courses, after-school clubs and textbooks.
