French Military Eyes Unreal Future

⊲ Halldale ⊳ France’s Ministry of the Armed Forces has received two EF-Truck simulators from Exail, marking the first such deployment to the Operational Energy Service. These mixed-reality systems support military driver training for high-risk scenarios without the environmental or mechanical costs of real-world drills. They build on Exail’s previous work with the Gendarmerie and Army. Unreal Engine 5 upgrades are planned for 2026 to ensure future compatibility with defence needs.
