Incoming Samsung XR to Rival Apple

⊲ TechRadar ⊳ Samsung’s upcoming XR headset, codenamed Project Moohan, is expected to launch at Galaxy Unpacked on 29 September 2025, with South Korean sales starting 13 October before a wider release according to Newsworks (via GSMArena). Pricing will range from $1,800 to $2,900, undercutting Apple’s Vision Pro. It features the Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 chip, 16 GB RAM, Gemini AI integration, and a high-resolution 1.3-inch Micro-OLED display. Initial shipments are capped at 100,000 units by year’s end.
