SME Agility Joins Defence Might

⊲ Halldale ⊳ PAULEY and BAE Systems have formalised a two-year collaboration to integrate AI and XR into military training programmes. The partnership builds on Project OdySSEy, a simulation environment for forces to train collectively in virtual mission scenarios. PAULEY brings immersive simulation expertise, while BAE Systems offers defence prime knowledge. Head of Training for BAE Systems’ Air sector Lucy Walton (BAE) emphasised that combining large‑scale defence knowledge with agile SME innovation accelerates advanced training tools.
