CAE’s new app leverages Apple Vision Pro to create an immersive flight training tool for pilots. Unveiled at NBAA-BACE, the app allows pilots to complete previously centre-only training, focusing on muscle memory and procedural practice. Modes like “Exploration,” “Guided,” and “Flight Deck Interaction” enhance learning by simulating real cockpit actions, tested on Bombardier Global 7500. The app aims to fill an urgent industry need for flexible pilot training, supporting pilot readiness across business and commercial aviation.
