⊲ Defense News ⊳ The U.S. Air Force is developing an AI-powered system called WarMatrix to enhance wargaming capabilities, aiming for simulations that run up to 10,000 times faster than real-time and that can provide a scalable, user-friendly environment for rapid scenario creation and analysis. WarMatrix will integrate advanced AI to create autonomous agents and reduce administrative burdens, ensuring a transparent decision-making process. The aim is to increase iteration speed, support force design analysis, and improve decision support across planning and experimentation activities.
