Digital Simulation Hub Launched

⊲ Navy Lookout ⊳ UK design house and consultancy firm BMT has opened its Digital Innovation & Simulation Centre (DISC) in Fareham, bringing maritime simulation, digital twins and autonomous systems assurance into a single customer-focused facility. The site combines a Full Mission Bridge, 360-degree pod simulators, small-vessel trainers and a Remote Operations Centre, enabling collaborative design reviews, training and autonomy trials. Powered by the DNV-accredited REMBRANDT simulator and Unreal-based ENGAGE visualisation, the centre supports Royal Navy and commercial projects, helping de-risk ship design, bridge operations and uncrewed vessel integration before live deployment.
