Five Airframes, One Visual Display Family

⊲ 3D perception ⊳ 3D perception (3DP) of Norway has been awarded a long-term frame agreement by Germany’s Reiser Simulation and Training to supply Lyra dome visual display systems for forthcoming helicopter training devices. Configurations cover the Airbus H125, H135, H145 and H175 plus the Leonardo AW139, with three channels for light types and five or six for medium twins, optional night vision goggle capability and chin window coverage for hovering and confined-area landings. The systems are designed to meet EASA FTD Level 3, FNPT Level II and FAA Level 7 standards.
◂ Designing to both EASA CS-FSTD(H) and FAA Part 60 from the outset reflects how regulatory portability now shapes procurement for operators training across borders. ▸
