
Anduril Takes Over and Accelerates US Army IVAS
⊲ Breaking Defense ⊳ Anduril has taken over a the contract for the US Army’s Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) from Microsoft, valued at $22 billion. This transition allows Anduril to manage the existing technology rather than produce new hardware. The company plans to enhance the software for the current headsets, improving the update process from six months to just 18 hours. The Army continues to refine the IVAS system after facing issues with earlier versions.
