Domes & 4K Displays for Pilot Training

⊲ Halldale ⊳ Norxe P60 4K projectors drive two visual display systems that German integrator project: syntropy delivered to Pilatus Aircraft in Stans, Switzerland, for its new PC-7 MKX Flight Training Devices. Each system pairs a 4-metre fibreglass dome with five 4K projection channels, giving a 220° horizontal and -42.5° to +90° vertical field of view. Aechelon supplies the image generation, while the P60 combines up to 8K at 240Hz with low latency and over 60,000 hours of rated illumination life. Automatic calibration and blend masks create one continuous image.
