Smart Glasses Demand Outstrips Production

⊲ Engadget ⊳ Meta is postponing the planned international launch of its Ray-Ban Display smart glasses, delaying availability in countries such as the UK, France, Italy and Canada. As VR/MR headset sales decline, the company said strong demand and limited inventory in the United States have led it to prioritise filling US orders first, leaving no new timeline for broader release yet. The glasses pair with a wrist-worn Neural Band and offer features such as AI-assistant access, media and messages on the lens display.
