Meta Opens Smart Glasses to Developers

⊲ The Verge ⊳ Meta is updating its Ray-Ban Display glasses with virtual handwriting for all users, powered by the neural wristband. The feature works across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and phone messaging. Other additions include display recording, wider walking directions for major cities including London, Paris and Rome, live captions and a developer preview for third-parties to build web apps on the glasses.
