Army Reform Transfers Vehicle Simulation

⊲ Halldale Group ⊳ The US Army has moved oversight of one office, not its entire simulation and training organisation. Product Director Virtual Training Systems (PdD VTS), previously under Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3, formerly PEO STRI) in Orlando, now reports to Portfolio Management Executive Combat Sustainment’s Project Manager Force Projection in Detroit. CPE ST3 remains in Orlando, running the Army’s wider simulation portfolio. Marked at an August ceremony, Johnny Figueroa handed the PdD VTS charter to Kristopher Brewer. Administrative control stays with CPE ST3 until 1 October.
⊲ CPE ST3 keeps the bulk of Orlando’s simulation work intact, showing this reform trims one branch rather than restructuring the whole organisation. ⊳
