New Facility Supports British Army Readiness

⊲ Saab ⊳ Saab UK has officially opened a new training & simulation facility in South West England, its fifth such site in the UK. Opened by Kit Malthouse MP for North West Hampshire, the Andover-based hub delivers immersive and scalable training environments for the British Army. Saab has partnered with UK defence for over 30 years, and the new site builds on a £20 million contract amendment announced in 2024. Group Managing Director Andy Fraser said the opening underlines Saab’s long-term commitment to the British Army and investment in the region.
